When does new stock arrive?

Short answer > All the time! We are always on the look out for our next pieces!

Be sure to keep an eye out on our Social Media where we post all our latest arrivals.

Do you have FREE Shipping?

Yes! We offer free Express Shipping on all purchases over $100

When will my order arrive?

We aim to get your orders out on the same day its placed. Orders placed before 12PM are likely to arrive the next business day!

Do you have AfterPay?

We sure do! Bring your barcode in and we can easily process payment

Is everything that is available in store available online?

Not necessarily. Due to the uniqueness of our products we source, we may only get 1 or 2 of each item. If you can't find what you're looking for online, please be sure to reach out to see if we can put it aside for you in store. 

 

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, although It depends on the item/s you are looking at ordering. Please get in touch via the 'Contact Us' page to begin a conversation and we can see how we can help.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

We’ll email you your tracking number once you order has been sent. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is and how long it will take to reach you. Easy!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal and AfterPay.

How do I know which is the right piece for me?

Pop over to our Facebook / Instagram page where we show off our favourite pieces in a styled setting for your inspo or of course take a peek at our Lookbook.

Otherwise, you are more than welcome to visit us in Paddington and one of our amazing staff will work with you to find what you are looking for.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an echange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

If you are unable to physically return the item to our store:

Please place the item securely in its original packaging and Receipt if available, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method of postage. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow atleast (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via email when your returns have been processed.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Earrings not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
