When does new stock arrive?

Short answer > All the time! We are always on the look out for our next pieces!

Do you have AfterPay?

We sure do!

Is everything that is available in store available online?

Not necessarily. Due to the uniqueness of our products we source, we may only get 1 or 2 of each item. If you can't find what you're looking for online, please be sure to reach out to see if we can put it aside for you in store. 

Do you have FREE Shipping?

Yes! On all purchases over $100

Can I place a custom order?

It depends on the item/s in which you were looking at ordering. Please get in touch via the 'Contact Us' page to begin a conversation and we can see what we can do.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

We’ll email you your tracking number once you order has been sent. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is and how long it will take to reach you. Easy!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal and AfterPay.

How do I know which is the right piece for me?

Pop over to our Facebook / Instagram page where we show off our favourite pieces in a styled setting for your inspo or of course take a peek at our Lookbook.

Otherwise, you are more than welcome to visit us at Paddington and one of our amazing staff will work with you to find what you are looking for.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging or clothes that have not been worn and still have tags on them within 10 days or your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Postage will be at your cost.

If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please note Earrings not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
